Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and NETONIC (“we”, “us”) about your use of Netcaly. They’re written to be read, not skimmed past, so please take a minute. By signing in to Netcaly you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Netcaly is a service of NETONIC, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 93752318. You can reach us at info+netcaly@netonic.nl.
2. What Netcaly does
Netcaly helps you keep track of your net worth: you enter what you own and what you owe, and Netcaly adds it up and shows how it changes over time. Netcaly doesn’t connect to banks or other financial institutions. Every value in Netcaly is a value you entered yourself, and we don’t check whether it’s correct.
3. Not financial advice
Netcaly gives you an overview for your own use. Nothing in Netcaly is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
4. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Netcaly.
- An account is personal. Keep your Google account secure: anyone who can sign in to it can access your Netcaly data.
- Let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
5. Plans and payment
- Free. You can use Netcaly for free with up to 5 items (assets and liabilities combined).
- Lifetime. For a one-time payment of € 4,99 you can add unlimited items and use the growth chart, including future improvements to these features. Prices include VAT where applicable. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- We may offer new, separate features in the future, for example ones with ongoing costs for us. Those can come with their own price; we’ll always tell you before you pay for anything.
- Payments are processed by Mollie. Lifetime is activated as soon as Mollie confirms your payment.
- What “lifetime” means. You keep Lifetime access for as long as we offer Netcaly. If we ever decide to stop, we’ll give you at least three months’ notice, so you have time to export your data.
6. Refunds
If Netcaly isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of buying Lifetime and we’ll refund the full amount, no questions asked. This includes your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer. After a refund your account goes back to the free plan.
7. Fair use
You agree not to:
- use Netcaly for anything unlawful;
- try to access other people’s data, or attack, overload or disrupt Netcaly;
- scrape Netcaly or access it in automated ways we haven’t offered;
- resell Netcaly or pass off your access to others.
8. Your data
What you enter in Netcaly is yours. We only use it to provide Netcaly, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time and delete your account whenever you want.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Netcaly available, secure and free of errors, but we can’t guarantee that it always will be. Sometimes we need maintenance. We may improve, change or remove features over time; we won’t take away the core of what you paid for without good reason.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profits, or for decisions you make based on information in Netcaly. These limitations don’t apply if the damage is caused by our intent or gross negligence, and they never limit rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Netcaly at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; where reasonable, we’ll warn you first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we’ll let you know at least 30 days before it takes effect. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.
13. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you’re a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.
